DeathtoStock_Wired6In my previous post, I argued that we’ll need to scale feedback in order to optimize learning.

Innovators will do this.

They’ll deepen and refine adaptive learning tools. They’ll draw water from the well of gamers and the gamification space.

It’ll happen. I have no doubt.

So, that makes me wonder about something.

Not all feedback will be simple. Depending on the situation, some of it may be complex and, perhaps, open to interpretation.

If that’s the case, and it may well be, won’t learners have to expand their critical thinking skills to include just these instances when they’ve got to weigh the value of the feedback they’re receiving?

Will that add a new and different layer to the skillset we’ll all need to acquire?
