In her latest book, Mindset, Carol Dweck talks about the differences between the growth mindset and the fixed mindset. I’d say that Lee Weinstein demonstrates the growth mindset – what it is, how difficult it is to cultivate it and to live it, and how rewarding it can be to do so. Lee, I applaud you!
